You can return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of the purchase date.
Item Condition
To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at sales@kofi-kreations.com with your order number and reason. We’ll send you return instructions right away.
Refund Timing
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
